Shipping and Delivery
Every order leaves us carefully packed and ready. Here is what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Where We Deliver
We deliver within Lebanon and internationally.
Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped via Wakilni and their international partners.
Delivery Time
Within Lebanon: 2 to 4 business days from the date of confirmation.
International: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Within Lebanon: a flat fee of $5.00 per order.
International: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email at the address provided at checkout.
What Arrives with Your Order
Every Soarë order includes:
- A Soarë branded box
- A fabric bag made from the same fabric as your piece
- A handwritten thank you card
Something Went Wrong
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
