Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the collections, select your size, and add to cart. Once your set is complete, proceed to checkout. Payment is cash on delivery at the time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery only, for orders within Lebanon.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@soareswim.com or on Instagram @soare.swim. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, by email once your order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Lebanon. International shipping is available at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Within Lebanon, orders are delivered in 2 to 4 business days. International orders take 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery within Lebanon is a flat fee of $5.00. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

What comes with my order?

Every Soarë order includes a branded box, a fabric bag made from the same fabric as your piece, and a handwritten thank you card.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

We do not issue refunds. We offer size exchanges only.

How do I request an exchange?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@soareswim.com. Include your order reference and the size you would like to exchange for.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. It must be free of stains or damage and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the issue is caused by an error on our part, Soarë will cover the return shipping cost.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide page for measurements and fit notes for each category.

Do the pieces run true to size?

Tops and one pieces have adjustable ties and back straps for fine-tuning. Bottoms run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I contact you for sizing advice?

Yes. Write to us at hello@soareswim.com before placing your order and we will help you find the right fit.

The Collections

What is the difference between The Og and The Figure?

The Og is a triangle top with adjustable ties. The Figure is a bandeau top with a straight neckline. Both work with the Soarë straps.

What is The Dual?

The Dual is a two-part top designed to be worn with contrasting or matching colours. The left and right pieces are sold separately and sized independently.

Which pieces are worn with the straps?

The Og tops, The Figure tops, and The One Piece are all designed for the Soarë straps. The Dual tops do not use straps.
