Returns and Exchanges
We want every piece to feel right. If yours does not, here is what to do.
Our Policy
Soarë offers size exchanges only. We do not issue refunds.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free of stains, marks, or damage
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, Soarë reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
What You Receive
If your exchange is approved, we will ship the requested size, subject to availability.
If the size you need is not available, we will reach out to discuss the next step.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order reference, the item concerned, and the size you would like to exchange for.
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours on business days with further instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the issue is caused by an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item, Soarë will cover the return shipping cost.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the exchange is approved, your replacement will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
